Credits are Udoka’s online currency. If you see a job that you like and you want to get in contact with that customer, then you use credits to purchase their contact details.
Will my credits expire?
No, credits do not expire. Your credits are carried over every month, so you can purchase as many as you find appropriate.
What else do I pay for?
Nothing. Our credit plans are carefully worked out to cater for all services you need. There are no extra or hidden charges beyond the credits you buy.
How do I contact my patients?
You can contact patients using whichever approach you both find convenient on the platform once you connect. Some patients prefer video sessions, while some might even request in-person visits to your office. It all comes down to what you both feel is appropriate and comfortable.
